Refund policy

Returns/Exchange

At Gravel and Tar we want you to be happy with your purchase and that's why we are happy to offer exchanges for incorrect sizing or if you want to change for a different print. Items need to be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them in, with tags still attached. You have 30 days in which to make that return/exchange.  To initiate an exchange please email us at admin@gravelandtar.com.au

If at Gravel and Tar we have sent you an incorrect pattern or size we will cover all postage costs. However if you would like to exchange print or size due to change of mind, then return postage to Gravel and Tar will be at the customer expense. Gravel and Tar will cover the shipping cost of the new print or size that is sent.

Please note: Only one exchange is accepted per order.  

 

Change of Mind

Gravel and Tar does not provide refunds for change of mind purchases. We will however offer you a store credit that you can use for when you are ready to shop again at Gravel and Tar.

 

Refunds

At the moment we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. However we do comply with Australian Consumer Law so please see below for further information on when you may be entitled to a refund. 

 

Damages, Issues & Warranty

When it comes to our shorts, quality is non-negotiable. That's why if you feel like you've received a faulty, damaged or the wrong item, please send us an email at admin@gravelandtar.com.au with a photo of your concern so we can do our best to rectify the problem.

As a customer of Gravel and Tar, we want to make sure you know your rights. That's why we comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) when it comes to our shorts.

Gravel and Tar has the rights to: repair or replace the product, or refund your payment for products with a minor fault. 

Customers has the right to: Request us to replace the product or refund your payment for any major fault.

Please note: We will not replace or refund any item that has been damaged through normal wear and tear, damaged through misuse, been altered in any way, or due to customer negligence.
