Shipping policy

Once we receive your order we aim to have it ready to ship within 2 business days. 

During peak periods, including public holidays there may be a slight delay. From the 24th of December until the 10th January production will cease and any orders placed during this time will only be attended to after the 10th January. 

Should you need to rush your order please get in contact with us so we can do our best to ensure you receive it on time.

When your item has been sent you will receive a tracking number via email.

Within Australia

- You can opt for your items to be expressed posted at $15 AUS Dollars.

- Items will be shipped utilising AusPost. Any delays in delivery is not the responsibility of Gravel and Tar and shipping timeframes should be checked directly with AusPost.  

Prior to contacting Gravel and Tar on the status of your delivery please submit an enquiry via AusPost if you have any concerns about delivery timeframe or status.

Please note during busy periods you could experience delays in receiving your order, and therefore we encourage you to look at our website for closing dates around Xmas and other busy times in order to best guarantee delivery.

International Orders 

- Standard shipping is $20 AUS Dollars

- Any customs duties, foreign taxes or fees is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information on this.

- Delays and or disruptions to post is not the responsibility of Gravel and Tar and queries should be lodged directly to AusPost for investigation.
